Villa Del Monte HOA

 

HOA payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 15th of the month.

​

A $15.00 late fee is applied to the month that is past due and $15.00 is added each month to any unpaid amount every month that is unpaid on every month that is past due.

The HOA dues are $60 monthly, $360 Bi-annually and $720 Yearly.

To pay your invoice online through QuickBooks please sign up for emailed invoicing.

You can also pay by check, E-check or credit card over the phone or by mailing in a check, Money Order or Cashiers Check to 5143 E. Monte Vista Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85008.

We also offer Recurring Payments through QuickBooks as well as through E-Check. 

Under the Resources tab please fill out the Auth. Form for Recurring Payments or

the E-Check Auth. Form and mail or email the form into the HOA.

If you would like a monthly invoice please email Jen at Villadelmonte@live.com with your name, address and the email address you would like the invoice sent to each month.

If you see a CC&R's Violation there is a form on the resources tab you can fill out and send in to the HOA Board.  If you have any questions or concerns please submit them in writing to the HOA Board through the Contact tab or....
