Welcome to Villa Del Monte Homeowners Association

Villa Del Monte, a deed restricted community, that was built in 1960 and is a made up of 40 patio style homes with a community pool.   The Villa Del Monte HOA is managed by the Board of Directors and the homes are well maintained by owners and the common grounds and pool are kept in great useable condition. 

​This is a great community located a few minutes from the AZ-202 freeway and only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 10 minutes from downtown Scottsdale.  The community is also located near the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens and Papago Golf Course.
